Mental Health Strategies
There are numerous ways you can try tackling mental health issues. From traditional methods to the unproven. It really does come down to what works best for the individual & the severity.
I tackle it from a physical fitness & nutritional (primary gut health) point of view. No matter what, you should ALWAYS consult a health professional before trying anything related to mental health.
Some of my clients I work with, I do so along side their GP as they may be taking prescribed medication. Some clients come to me for strategies to see if they can avoid taking prescribed medication.
Wherever you are with your mental health, I believe I can help with new strategies and/or support existing strategies.
